Praia da Areia Branca (our home town), is located in the center-west region of Portugal, at a 45 minute drive from Lisbon's International Airport. The place has a laid back atmosphere and caters to some of the most consistent surfing spots in the area. Wake up really early in the morning and be rewarded with offshore perfection at these amazing sandbar beach-breaks.

Salty Beach Bar
Definitely one of our favorite spots to chill and to reenergise after surfing. Delicious sea food as well all their menu. The staff is really friendly and they have one of the best spots with ocean view in town. After sunsets best place to party with some nice dj sets.
Foz Restaurant
if you're keen to try everyday a different specialty of fresh fish from the Atlantic Ocean, this is the place to go. Foz Restaurant has a really good kitchen mainly focused on grilled fish and shellfish specialties.
SolMar Beach Bar
elevates your relaxation mode to a higher level with its memorable sunset sessions to the sound of relaxing electronic DJ sets and delicious cocktails. They also have open kitchen during the day.
Pizzeria da Praia
the best pizza around, made with fresh dough, baked on wood fire oven with ocean view... We are lost for words, you have to try it for yourself.
Local Farmers Market
The Market is located a few steps away from your front door and offers 2 stalls of fresh fish and 2 stalls of fruits and vegetables from local producers. Bio products and Regional goods are also here to be found.
Muralha Bar
One of the first night clubs in Areia Branca. If you like some latin, brazilian and commercial hits you should definitely pass by. Right on the beach, a place where you can party until the sunrise.
Barraca Bar
As a family business for over a hundred years they want to provide you with a "home" at the beach. You can rent a barraca (little tent) on the beach or join them in the small café right next to it. They do really good, fresh and healthy food. Vegetarian and vegan as well. They are on a road to become more and more sustainable and are putting the focus on seasonal and locally produced products.
Aquarius Gelateria
The best home made ice creams in town as well all delicious deserts that a surfer deserves after a good session. Located right on the beach.
